Thé hôtel was beautiful! We’re so happy we booked here as the staff went out of their way to help us several times. To management, DO NOT lose them as they’re so kind and helpful to guests. Anas checked us in and he was so so kind. He upgraded our room for free and even let us check in super early (11 am early). After a long journey, this was so appreciated. He then proceeded to recommend dinner spots and gave us 15% off dinner when he didn’t have to. Thank you Anas for being so welcoming. Additionally, my husband and I being new to Jordan, fell into a bit of a taxi trap (novices I tell you) and the taxi driver was trying to rip us off. Immediately the staff helped us out and got the rate down. They came to our rescue straight away and told us to use Uber next time. Sharing here as I didn’t think to do that :( we had been walking for 3.5 hours straight that day haha so wasn’t thinking clearly. BIG thank you to the front of house, the security and the staff who helped us that day. We cannot thank you enough :) As for the hotel, it was lovely! Had everything you needed, staff who care and spacious rooms. Please note that we’re non smokers and I think some rooms had a smoke smell to it but you can simply let the front desk know that you’re not a smoker and they will ensure you get a non smoking room.

Great location and area The rooms are very spacious and clean, equipped with all comfortable amenities including a very comfortable bed. Everything is easy to use and operate, offering all the comforts. They also offer an excellent breakfast service with very delicious food. The chef and all the staff are very kind , especially our friend "Wissam". The room service is excellent. We thank the entire team of kind ladies for their good treatment and constant smiles. Don’t forget to visit the Garden! This is a regular stop for me, usually for work. This time the stay was for holidays. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Two negatives - the bathroom floor got too wet after a shower and the internet was very slow throughout the 4 day stay. Other than that, I shall continue to book at this hotel due to its staff, the convenient location and the comfort of the rooms.
